warranty covers all hardware for
the warranty period (for warranty issues on batteries please refer below), warranty covers repair or replacement of defective products only. To ensure you do not receive any
defective products All hardware is tested 3 times in separate testing
process before shipment. however if you receive a DOA Product (defective on
arrival) or missing Items, we will pay for all shipping cost for quick
repair or replacement. customers with defective hardware products within their warranty period should contact support to verify and obtain a RMA No. -
Software:
To ensure all hardware
function properly we also make sure the software that runs/operates the hardware also function properly therefore when you receive your order all operating software
should also be functioning properly - Laptop Batteries: unlike most other companies who do not provide warranty on laptop Batteries (which can be very expensive) we not only provide working batteries with all laptops, we also provide warranty on the batteries itself, all laptop batteries are tested warranted to hold charge for minimum
1hour when fully charge
